When I read stories like this my blood literally boils. People like these two should be punched - literally. We should round up a bunch of women who have infertility problems and put them in an arena with parents like this shit for brains and just let them have it.
I have so many friends and acquaintances who struggle daily with infertility and would do anything for a child and this fucking moron takes her infant on a shoplifting trip and abandons him and then goes dancing?! Fuck you, you piece of trash, Allison Niemeyer.
It is people like this woman who convince me that there should be a test that people must take before being allowed to have children. It's not a difficult test, but imagine how many fucking numbskulls it would weed out:
1. Should you take your child to Wal-Mart to steal a bathing suit?
2. If you are caught stealing a bathing suit from Wal-Mart should you abandon your child and make a run for it?
3. Must children eat daily?
4. Is it ever OK to lock a child in the closet/attic/basement/etc.?
5. Should children know how to cook meth/perform a keg stand/smoke a bong?
6. In your opinion was Casey Anthony a good mom?
And she was already on house arrest until 2021 for an armed home invasion! She shouldn't have had custody to begin with!

I have a child that is special needs and although I embrace her, love her and am the best fucking advocate on the planet for her there are days I wish I had a chromosomally correct child. Days I wish I wasn't changing her diapers at age 5, helping her walk and feeding her. AND THEN to see stupid ass mothers like this...they are allowed children? and you know the system is so fucked up she'll get her kid back. It is only one mistake right? I mean, cut her some slack, she cried, she's sorry. You know...it is awful. There is no appreciation for human life, much less their child's. I would lay down and die for my daughter and my other two kids. She shouldn't be allowed to ever see that boy again. Ever. In one of her albums she posted a photo of paternity test results for her child's father. That is all sorts of awesome. And yay for her kid, for whom these pictures of his mother flipping the bird, smoking pot, confirming that his dad wants nothing to do with him, and showing off her cleavage, will never, ever go away. Here's hoping the system doesn't fail this kid as much as his mother has.

In order to be foster parents we had to take a six week parenting class and go through several interviews and home inspections. These interviews and inspections continued on a regular basis while we remained foster parents. If they made this standard procedure for anyone wanting to be a parent there would be a lot fewer stories like this.

I don't know why, but I just checked out allison's facebook page and I want to vomit. Is that even English that she has written? Her son is destined to be WT just like her if she is allowed to keep him. We all make mistakes, but I always do my best to make the right choices, even if they are the hard ones because I chose to be a mother! As an adoptive mother, I can say that I was put through the ringer and more (I'm sure I'm on someone's list since I was HIV tested and FBI-checked so many times during the 2 year process...) just to get on the list of qualified parents. The world would be such a better place if more parents needed to be pre-qualified.
Maybe now that poor kid will have a chance at a better life.

There definitely should be some sort of test for parenthood. I was so immature when I had my son. BUT that changed real fast, as soon as I had him in my arms and realized the enormity of raising a child. It's not something to be taken lightly. Can the good parents please stand up?

Every state has those people that are less than desirable and this is a large state. While I whole heartedly think these girls are scum they are definitely the product of their parent’s lack of upbringing. If you look up the last name on the county site for arrests the parents were real winners. That area is a bad one and just Friday two more girls were arrested at the same store with their kids in tow.

From the pictures on this girl's FB page, her "fat-ass kid's" father is in prison (which she had a paternity test to prove he was the father - score!) and she herself has been in group homes smoking weed. Apparently, her mother is dead because there is a picture of her with her mom followed by a "R.I.P." As much as I don't want to feel sorry for her, (and I REALLY don't want to because from the pictures she looks like a friggin' punk, and from her actions IS a friggin' punk) I do feel a tad sorry for her on some level (like molecule size) because her parents(?) family(?) obviously did her a disservice. Now I know what's done is done and she has to take responsibility for herself yadda yadda but if she were never taught, you're left with an uneducated, irresponsible, excuse for an adult. Is she even 18? I would love to hope that this baby now has a second chance NOT to follow in his mother and father's footsteps but sadly, chances are, that's not going to happen and the cycle of these uneducated, irresponsible A-holes will continue. The best thing for that child is to be be taken away from her, or he will end up just like her : drugs, living in a trailer, jail, babies out of wedlock, lack of morals, etc.

ReplyDeleteSeriously though, I was so sad when I went to this girl's FB profile. I almost wished I hadn't done it, as I feel like I've had a private look into a life of someone I'll never know. I know what she and her sister did was terrible, but what kind of life has she had? Her mother is dead, she got a tattoo when she was 12, she was in a group foster home herself (smoking joints), she was in jail, and now she is 19 with a baby. She is unbelievably young to have gone through all this. It just makes me so sad. I wonder if she ever got any 'good' attention growing up, or if no one paid attention to her until she did things bad enough to get herself noticed by the authorities? I know she is old enough to be responsible for her actions, but I can't help but think that we're all a bit to blame for letting her grow up like this.
Maybe stories like this are the source of OAMs' anxiety about giving their children the 'perfect' childhood. Maybe deep down they believe their kid is just one Marie Antoinette cake or Elf away from robbing a Wal-Mart...
It's just depressing.
